Opportunity for Assignment "Getting to Know Other Cultures"

I am sitting here in the study room next to the RFK Library trying to do my assignment. Today is Friday 25, 2014 and the Micronesia Island Fair is going on at Ypoa in Tumon. I thought it will be a great opportunity for us to go and gather information related to our assignment "Getting to Know Other Cultures." I am going to make sure that I find time to go there sometimes this weekend. I need to finish this project and I need pictures so this is a great opportunity for me to go and take pictures at the Palauan booth.     I passed by the Micronesia Island Fair last weekend on my way to my other job. It looked pretty interesting. My family usually goes to check out the festivities, but we weren't able to make it this year. Did you have a chance to go?

      Katrina I did on the first night but when I got there most of the booths were closing. I was able to take few pictures at the Palauan booth which it was cool. I was going to go on Sunday but it rained and so I decided not to go. But it is always interesting to go and see what each island has to show case.

    Thank you Koneta! I did managed to take some pictures when I went. It was so cool and interesting to see different islands displaying their cultures. A lot of the islands used to participated in this Micronesian Island Fair but this see I didn't see that many islands. I noticed that no one from the south pacific came and they always have the most interesting arts and crafts to showcase.
